Mandarin

A cadmium-based orange rod; work cool in the upper flame or encase to prevent boiling. Currently out of production, pending reformulation.

Outcomes

• saturated cadmium orange, stable when worked cool or encased flame: AnyOrange
  Work cool in the upper part of the flame or encase to prevent boiling typical of cadmium colors.
• boiled/degraded surface from overheating flame: AnyOrange
  Working too hot or in the core of the flame causes boiling — keep heat gentle and use upper flame zone or encasement.
